Olympic bronze medallist and former professional surfer Owen Wright, and wife singer Kita Alexander, have listed their newly completed Byron Bay beach pad minutes from Clarkes Beach.

Having purchased the Daniels Street land in 2018, Owen said it was a huge milestone to have completed the vision and their first development project.
