Designed by award winning architects Hogg and Lamb 2 Daniels Street Byron Bay for sale by Bryce Cameron of Cape Byron Property is just minutes from Clarkes Beach.
Olympic bronze medallist and former professional surfer Owen Wright, and wife singer Kita Alexander, have listed their newly completed Byron Bay beach pad minutes from Clarkes Beach.
The $6.5 million luxury home is part of a collection of four free-standing residences marking the couple’s first foray into property development as part of their development group Paradiso Property, in collaboration with industry stalwart Burke Urban and luxury developer Molti.
Designed by award-winning architects Hogg & Lamb, the four-bedroom, three-bathroom, double-storey home is the final residence in the series, held back from the market until now. Owen and Kita have retained one of the residences.

Having purchased the Daniels Street land in 2018, Owen said it was a huge milestone to have completed the vision and their first development project.
“This project has been years in the making, so to see it finished feels like a really special milestone,” Owen said.
“Property has always been a big passion of mine, and working with Molti and Burke Urban to bring this vision to life has been such an amazing learning experience.
“When I found the Daniels Street site, I could instantly see its potential – it’s rare to find a spot this close to the beach that still feels so peaceful and family-friendly.
“I love what we have created here – it really sets the bar for what we hope to do in the future.”

Burke Urban Director Kym Burke said what was most unusual about the new-build homes were that they were completely freestanding – a rarity for new developments in Byron.
“These are a rare find in most coastal locations, but particularly in Byron where new development is mostly apartment and townhouse focused,” Kym said.
“Each home is tailored to its orientation to maximise light, harness cooling breezes and enhance privacy indoors and out. They are truly exceptional properties and it has been such a joy to work with Owen, Kita and our partners to deliver something so special.”

Molti Managing Director Ben Teague said the team expected strong interest in the property, citing its exceptional design, craftsmanship and location.
“This home captures the essence of Byron living – relaxed, refined and deeply connected to its setting,” Ben said.
“Every detail, from the material palette to the flow between indoor and outdoor spaces, has been considered to create something truly special. Homes of this calibre, in locations like this, don’t come along often.”
The home unfolds across two spacious levels, featuring a double garage, separate lounge, and an open-plan kitchen and dining area that flows seamlessly to a generous outdoor entertaining space, backyard and pool.
Upstairs, you’ll find four bedrooms, including a master suite with a private balcony, walk-in robe and ensuite, along with an additional lounge perfect for family relaxation.

Hogg & Lamb co-founder Michael Hogg said the architecture was designed to celebrate Byron Bay’s climate and relaxed coastal lifestyle.
“Our approach was all about connection – between indoors and outdoors, and between people within the home,” Hogg said.
“The ground floor opens seamlessly to the lawn, pool, and outdoor living area, creating a calm and generous space perfectly suited to Byron’s way of life.
“Each home responds to its orientation, with layouts that maximise light, comfort, and privacy. The lounge is slightly set apart to allow separation without isolation — you can still hear what’s happening while enjoying your own space.
“Upstairs, every bedroom opens onto a private balcony through full-height sliding doors, giving each space a moment of solitude and a strong connection to the outdoors.”

A warm and natural colour palette further enhances the serenity of the Daniels Street properties. Timber, warm whites and warm greys across a curated suite of materials lets the beauty of Byron do the talking.
