Speaking to LUXURY LIST WEEKEND, David Medina said the property attracted interest from all corners of the globe and generated over 1 million online views.

David said there were three engaged buyers who required periods of due diligence in regards to the varying ideas that they wanted for the space.

“Georgie Rayner, Hobart’s leading agent, brought in a new buyer and worked diligently with them to complete the transaction. It’s a testimony to her marketing expertise and experience,” he said.

“The buyer loved the location with its unobstructed views, the seclusion, the sound of the waves, the proximity of Roaring Beach and the day cabin, but has fresh eyes and a fresh vision to build something spectacular, something similar to the Triptych concept that we also sold in collaboration with The Agency.” 

“We are now fielding other enquiries from vendors to collaborate and do similar with their properties, which is no great surprise, continuing to work with Georgie.”
